A handbook designed for those who are responsible for advising managers on what kinds of work assignments qualify for FEPA or Title 5 premium and/or overtime pay. It cites the latest reference to the latest regulations, government-wide guidance, and recent court decisions related to the various topics. The book also contains practical exercises that will help to clarify how the regulations and guidance are to be applied in typical situations the specialist will face on a day to day basis.
